Today, we’re delighted to celebrate the achievements of three team members who have recently reached significant milestones in their professional development.
A huge congratulations to Jack, our Mechanical Apprentice, and Elliot, our Electrical Apprentice, who have both successfully completed their apprenticeships with distinction.
From day one, Jack and Elliot have shown outstanding dedication, professionalism, and a genuine eagerness to learn. Their achievements are a credit to their hard work – and a reflection of the supportive, forward-thinking environment we’re proud to foster at Composite Integration.
Their success highlights the power of apprenticeship programmes in building the skills, confidence, and capabilities of the next generation of engineers – and we’re incredibly proud to be part of their journey.
We’re also celebrating Tamsin, our Procurement Manager, who has successfully completed her Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
This achievement is the result of months of dedication, commitment, and sheer hard work – all while balancing the day-to-day demands of a fast-paced role. Tamsin’s determination to upskill and deepen her professional knowledge truly reflects the spirit of continuous improvement we value so highly at Composite Integration.
The qualification adds yet another layer of expertise to Tamsin’s already strong capabilities and plays a vital role in strengthening our procurement operations – helping us work more efficiently, more sustainably, and more strategically as we grow.
